PizzaMaster UK – More Than Just a Pizza Oven
Meet Our Team, Discover Our Demo Kitchens and Hear from Our Customers
At PizzaMaster UK, we're passionate about great pizza, great equipment and, most importantly, the people behind it all.
We believe that choosing the right commercial electric pizza oven is about much more than comparing specifications or looking at different models. It's about understanding your business, your pizza style and what you want to achieve.
That's why we pride ourselves on offering a complete service, from your very first enquiry through to choosing the right oven, visiting our demonstration kitchens, delivery, installation, training and ongoing aftercare.
We've put together a series of videos to give you a behind-the-scenes look at who we are, what we do and some of the fantastic people and businesses we're fortunate enough to work with.
From introducing our team and PizzaMaster Brand Ambassador to spending time with some brilliant pizzerias across London, we wanted to show you what PizzaMaster UK is really all about.
Discover PizzaMaster UK – Our Brand Video
Our PizzaMaster UK brand video gives you a closer look at everything we do and the people who make it happen.
We take you behind the scenes at our demonstration kitchen, introduce some of the team and hear from customers about their experiences of choosing a PizzaMaster oven.
For us, it's never simply about selling an oven.
We want to understand your business, help you find the right equipment and make sure you have the confidence and support needed to get the very best from your investment.
We don't believe in simply delivering an oven to the kerbside and leaving you to work everything out yourself.
We go the extra mile — or, as we sometimes say, the extra 12 inches!
From initial advice and demonstrations to installation and aftercare, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Meet the People Behind PizzaMaster UK
Alessandro Scandola – PizzaMaster Expert & Pizzaiolo
A big part of what makes PizzaMaster UK special is having people who genuinely understand pizza and the challenges of running a successful pizzeria.
Alessandro brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and practical experience to everything we do.
As an experienced pizzaiolo and PizzaMaster specialist, Alessandro regularly joins us in the UK to host demonstrations, work alongside customers and help them understand the capabilities of our ovens.
Whether you're producing traditional Neapolitan pizza, New York-style pizza or something completely different, Alessandro helps customers explore the temperatures, baking techniques and oven configurations that best suit their products.
It's this hands-on approach that we believe makes such a difference.
Rather than simply telling you what an oven can do, we want you to experience it for yourself.
Roman Sierankowski – Our Pizza Consultant
Roman brings extensive knowledge of the pizza industry, from dough preparation and kitchen workflow to the practical demands of operating a busy pizzeria.
His understanding of pizza production is invaluable when helping customers decide which PizzaMaster oven is most suitable for their business.
After all, choosing an oven isn't just about how many pizzas it can hold.
It's about understanding your preparation area, staffing, cooking times, expected volumes and how everything works together during service.
Roman helps us look at the complete picture, ensuring we're recommending equipment that makes sense for each individual operation.
We're incredibly fortunate to have Alessandro and Roman involved in what we do, sharing their knowledge and helping customers get the most from their PizzaMaster ovens.
Experience PizzaMaster at Our UK Demo Kitchens
We firmly believe that one of the best ways to choose a commercial electric pizza oven is to try it before you buy it.
That's why we offer customers the opportunity to visit our dedicated PizzaMaster demonstration kitchens in Stratford-upon-Avon and East Finchley, London.
These facilities allow you to experience the ovens firsthand, bring your own dough and ingredients, and see how different temperatures and baking settings work with your product.
During a demonstration, we'll discuss your individual requirements, including:
-
Your preferred pizza style and cooking temperatures.
-
How many pizzas you expect to produce.
-
Your available kitchen space and layout.
-
The different oven sizes and deck configurations.
-
Heat consistency, recovery and baking performance.
-
Your plans for future growth.
With such an extensive range of PizzaMaster ovens available, our aim is to narrow down the options and help you find the right model for your business..

Meet Our PizzaMaster Brand Ambassador – James Woodley from Gracey's Pizza
One of the things we're particularly proud of is having James Woodley, co-founder of Gracey's Pizza, as our PizzaMaster UK Brand Ambassador.
James and Grace Surman founded Gracey's Pizza in St Albans, initially starting as a small pizza operation during the Covid pandemic.
What began with James making pizzas and Grace taking orders has grown into a successful independent pizza business, with locations in St Albans and London.
Gracey's has developed a fantastic reputation for its distinctive New Haven-inspired pizzas, influenced by the pizza culture of America's East Coast.
Think thin, crispy bases, beautifully charred crusts and a real focus on dough, ingredients and baking techniques.
What we particularly love about James is his genuine passion for pizza.
He understands what goes into producing a great pizza, from developing the dough to getting the bake just right, and he brings that same enthusiasm to everything he does.
Having someone with James's practical experience representing PizzaMaster UK means a great deal to us.
We're incredibly proud to have James as our Brand Ambassador, not simply because of the brilliant pizzas he produces, but because of his willingness to share his knowledge, support others and help demonstrate what can be achieved with the right equipment.
For us, working with people who genuinely care about their craft is what makes the pizza industry so special.
A huge thank you to James for his continued support and for being such a fantastic part of the PizzaMaster UK family.

PizzaMaster UK on the Road – Visiting Our Customers in London
As part of our recent time in London, we had the opportunity to visit some fantastic pizzerias, spend time with the people behind them and see their operations firsthand.
For us, these visits are incredibly important.
We love seeing how our customers work, understanding the different pizza styles they produce and hearing about their experiences.
It's also a great opportunity to catch up, offer support and learn more about the challenges and opportunities facing pizzeria operators.
Every restaurant has its own story, its own approach and its own way of doing things.
Here are some of the brilliant businesses we spent time with.
Alley Cats Pizza – New York-Style Pizza in London
Alley Cats Pizza has built a fantastic reputation for bringing authentic New York-inspired pizza to London.
Known for its large 14-inch pizzas, thin and crispy bases and bold flavour combinations, Alley Cats offers a distinctive take on the New York pizza experience.
With locations across London, including Marylebone and Chelsea, the business has become a recognisable name in the capital's growing New York-style pizza scene.
We had the pleasure of spending time with the team, including Francesco, to learn more about their operation and see their approach to producing consistently great pizzas.
One of the things we particularly enjoy showcasing is the importance of consistent heat distribution and reliable baking performance, especially when producing pizzas throughout a busy service.
It's always fantastic to see the passion and attention to detail that goes into every pizza.
A big thank you to Francesco and the Alley Cats team for welcoming us and being part of our PizzaMaster customer video series.

Bad Boy Pizza Society – Big Pizzas, Big Personality
Bad Boy Pizza Society has one of the most interesting stories in London's pizza scene.
What originally started as a university society created by a group of friends with a shared love of pizza has grown into a successful pizza business with multiple London locations.
Known for its New York-style pizzas, oversized slices, creative toppings and unmistakable personality, Bad Boy Pizza Society has built a loyal following.
From 18-inch pizzas in Bethnal Green to huge 22-inch New York-style pizzas at Seven Dials Market, the team has developed a distinctive approach to pizza.
We were fortunate enough to spend time with the team in London and see firsthand the work and passion that goes into their operation.
It's businesses like Bad Boy Pizza Society that demonstrate how exciting and varied the pizza industry has become.
We love working with passionate operators who aren't afraid to do things differently.

Berberè Pizzeria – The Art of Italian Sourdough Pizza
Berberè has a fantastic story built around a passion for great ingredients, traditional techniques and exceptional sourdough pizza.
Founded in Italy in 2010 by brothers Matteo and Salvatore Aloe, Berberè has grown into a well-established pizzeria business, bringing its distinctive approach to pizza to customers in Italy and the UK.
Their pizzas are made using carefully developed dough, live sourdough fermentation and organic flour, with an emphasis on flavour, texture and quality ingredients.
Berberè is particularly known for pizzas that are beautifully crisp on the outside while remaining soft and light inside.
We had the opportunity to visit Berberè in London and spend time learning more about their operation and approach to pizza production.
It's always interesting for us to see how different businesses approach their dough, baking temperatures and service requirements.
At PizzaMaster UK, we understand that every pizza style is different, which is why we place so much importance on helping customers choose the right oven for their particular product.
